I don't know how many of you have looked at the ramp at the Bogi hatchery this fall, but screwed-up is the word. The bar is gone and the river is swift against the bank on the ramp side (i.e. no place to anchor a single boat). I have a hard time visualizing the multi-boat cluster hump that usually occurs there during brat season the way things are. \:\(

It was a real adventure last year! We would put one man off up the River to "catch" the boat as we stuck the butt on the beach. Even with that it was still a challenge.

Are the trees gone?

I've got a pretty good idea that it is private. Having said that, I'd probably be better off to hire guides every week when I take into account the amount of money that's wrapped up in the property, fishing gear, boats, etc.

Launched there last week and the trees are gone. No real problems but the level was down. When it comes up a couple of feet it will be a challenge

I took a look for myself on thursday, you could still launch a boat, would help if you had a 60#anchor though \:D . It will be hell if youre taking out . When its higher it not going to be pretty!!. The trees are gone.
