I'm planning to fish the Mats-Mats bay area near Port Ludlow this weekend - anybody out there have any recent Blackmouth reports for that location?

OK, since no one else is interested in posting a reply, I'll do it myself:

Fished off Mats-Mats bay on Saturday, wind was wicked , hooked one shaker in two hours. Fish checker at the boat ramp said he hasn't seen very many fish all month.

Going out again today (Sunday) - looks to be better conditions.

One last report on Mats-Mats: the weather was much nicer on Sunday but the Blackmouth results were the same: trolled at 100' for a couple of hours and got one shaker. We used to have pretty good luck in that area back when it was open for the months of December and January.

Well, time to put the boat away until February and get ready to hit the rivers.
