I think I remember reading an article in the
new magazine called steelhead journal over the past summer that described how to make a yarnie (that's what I think they were called).
It was a corkie with a hole (tunnel) drilled perpendicular to the factory hole. Throug this new hole you pull yarn through kind of like a rag. Well I was wandering if anybody has heard of this or uses these. Does anybody have a picture or more details on how to make these?

Why would anyone want to ruin a good corkie that way?
Why not use a puff ball, they are a lot cheaper and easier to run a needle through?

Got to agree with ironhead, but seen them used on the Cow for Summers this season and affectively i might add!
