I live on the sky and deal with this every year. The crappy thing is it's getting seemingly worse every year. 3-5" rainfalls seem like they're becoming commonplace. Add a 2' dump of snow the day before and it's downright scary. I have no proof to blame global warming, but 70,0000 cubic seems to happen more frequently
