I would wonder if you would have to weigh in an opportunity factor though before someone would judge those actions.

I'm not sure, just thinking about it, but the tribes here have every option they would need not to have to do it. When they do it it, doesn't make that much sense to me, tradition and whatever aside. :rolleyes:

I wonder if that factor plays a part in that part of the Soviet Republic. Sure it's a sorry practice but people can resort to some pretty outlindish shyte if it come's down to making ends meet.

That reason alone seemed to be the lone theme they stood on to preserve the fish. He stated they need to study these fish so that populations worldwide can benefit from the research. I hope they understand their position wont stand up to the Russians desire to make money for one moment. They need to use much stronger tactics to fight that battle.
