where the heck is the clearwater takeout near the clearwater br? I scouted it out last spring and saw a riprap rockwall under the bridge on south side of the river. Didn't see much in the way of a takeout.
On the northside I saw a gated driveway that leads to the gravel bar on the clearwater/ queets confluence, but it looked private and was gated off by logging cable.
Any hints fellow piscatorial bretheren ?

It's the gate on the north side. You just have to pay a $5 use fee.

It's up the clearwater Rd. about a mile from the bridge.There's a gravel bar there.That's the last take out on the clearwater before the res.Good luck,

Last time I was there you drag your boat up that bank. This is an opportunity to see some launch follies too.
