I'm sure Osama would vote for a President who "takes the infedel to him and his terrorist organization." They don't have to attack American on our soil now, its easier to shoot at soldiers....

GP: I was sincere in my response. Occassionally you accuse me of wanting to balme everything on Bush. But it's just not so. For example, I agree with Bush on the base closings and think congress, btoh republicans and demos are just pandring to the voters. If you look back you will see a few other instances where I supported Bush.

But when it comes to the war in Irag, Bush get all the credit. If he hadn't wasted so much money, so many lives, and so much effort in a war, that even his own people say was an obsession with him, we might have the time, money and manpower to fight real terrorists like Ossama. It's funny how Bush staffers have repeatedly l admited that there were no significant links to Iraq and terrorists and yet he still calls what he's doing in Irag a war on terror.

It was a huge mistake that has cost us allies, world respect and worst of all patriotic young men and women. And it has assured easy recruiting for future terrorists.

So, GP, if I can find some areas where I support Bush, can you find any where you don't?

I'm guessing since he doesn't believe in Democracy he wouldn't vote.

I don't support Bush on a bunch of stuff...what I oppose openly usually is the knee jerk or party line bashing either way. Too predictable. I think the war is an unfortunate mess that I wish had not happened. Only guesswork would tell us what might have happened with the "war on terror" if we had stuck with Afghanistan. One thing the war has done is galvanize the radicals against us. I'm pretty sick of it. I wish I could just enjoy my girls and my grandson without hearing about Bush and Kerry and Osama every second. I just can't bring myself to bury my head in the sand though...I should I guess.

By the way Dave....I taught my grandson (2 years old) to reel in a fish all by himself last weekend....what a treat.

GP: That's just too kewl - bout the grandson. I will be taking mine perch fishing on Lake WA this fall. Can't wait!

I tell you what else I'm sick of is adds for presidential cantidates. We need to do something to keep from having such an unbearable loooong election process. I think the American people will be damn good and sick of both of them by November.

I'm sick of them both already. Thanks my lucky stars that crabbing and fishing are going to take the place of the rest soon....My gandson is right here;;he just has to see grandpa's 30# Makinaw on the wall....big teeth!! he loves to see it but then he panics and starts freaking out...too funny.

Osama is not stupid he read what happened with cowboys and Indians . He knows after a few more years of playing Cowboys and Muslims the liberal of the US will have had enough. They would give Osama everything he wants with a big ol apology and some serious economic advantges along with it. They would call it affrimative action. So He would vote for GW to get the liberals on his side for the 08 elections.
