hey folks, just wanted to bring a small amount of meaning if possible to your feelings on current world situations. Cpl Amaya, was a Marine Stationed at Bangor washington. it seems while local fort lewis soldiers got rememberance, Amaya got nothing after giving the ultimate and only true sacrifice. I am only hopeing we can give this man the true respect that he has earned. he died in fallujah for our right to like or hate this war, for our right to protest or support US operations and yet the only time his name comes up is on a list of "year to dates" THAT IS FREAKING BS!!!!!!!!!! you freaking political cowards can take your bull**** and practice shoving it!!!! soliders, sailors and marines are dying everyday to protect us, and we are only worried about whether they are authorized by someone. piss off! Cpl Amaya, there is nothing that can define your situation save rememberance. I hope that marines take your experience and wisdom to nurture and protect those under thier charge. you will live forever within our memory.

Mindfusion,

I don't know anything about Cpl. Amaya other than what you just provided. Thank you. U.S. Marines are amazing. My stepfather was a WWII Marine who passed away last summer. No doubt he's already welcomed Cpl. Amaya into the afterworld and bought him a drink. Marines take care of one another. Semper fi, as they say.

Sincerely,

Salmo g.
