First off I would love to see the Dams breached as river lover. But the EIS alone would prohibit breaching the snake river dams and they have already shown the wind turbines would not make up the loss and would also face EIS issues. It's a pie in the sky pipe dream.

TK - there is a coal fired plant outside of Centralia at Tono. And there is a gas fired plant just south of me at Fredrickson. I know there is a proposal on the table for a big gas fired plant at Sumas. Just adding some facts to the arguement.
