Arnold did a good job of pointing out the "true lies" of the democrats last night. I liked his point that Republicans don't have two Americas like John Kerry and John Edwards think....He did a great job of pointing out the optimistic and strong message of the Republicans as opposed to the pessimistic and weak message of the Dems.

I thought it was interesting that the GOP would choose Arnold as a convention speaker. Arnold, a man who pretends to be a tough guy in make-believe movies. It just kind of resonates with the whole idea of our chicken-hawk leaders who know nothing of shooting or dodging bullets, except to send the sons and daughters of other Americans off to do their "tough guy" diplomacy.

Bush's decisiveness has been repeatedly mentioned as one of his higher quality attributes. I agree that decisiveness can be a quality human attribute, but not when it is so utterly unencumbered by the thought process. After reading what administration members have to say about how Bush makes or reaches decisions - frequently with little or no salient information - why would Republicans brag about such an obvious human defect?

The amount of money spent by both parties makes me sick. I wish they would make it illegal for ads to be run and just had debates.
