The house at Silver Wings our farm near Elma will be available for rent on April 1. This is an older 3 bed 1 bath home situated on a 100 acre piece of land. You have full roaming rights to this land but not allowed to hunt it, however predator control is encouraged. The house will get a new roof and paint job this spring/summer. The only negative of living there is that RR tracks border the front of the property but the train which goes by maybe 2x a day goes by real slow. Renting for 895/mo with 500/deposit.
