We got a bunch of defenders DE, DT, FS, and a CB. Offense we got 2 guards and 2 recievers. D-Jack is gone and he went to San Fransisco. I sure hope that wasn't a mistake.

i thought the draft was a joke, when they took ernie kent's kid i was beyond pissed because Ben Patrick TE from Delaware, who they should of took in one of the picks before, was still on the board...trading djack to a division rival was the biggest f' up the seahawks have ever made, worse then drafting bosworth.

With Engram, Hackett, Branch and Burleson, losing Jackson won't be bad. The OL picks are big, but can they block? We need to give Hasselbeck more time and get Alexander hungry again and we'll be fine. And one more thing..............make some friggin' tackles on punt and kick-off coverage!

oh and j7 it wasn't a safety we got another linebacker, and josh wilson should compete immediately jennings and herndon for the starter or nickelback role, most likely nickelback.

I agree mreyns, Hackett is the real deal. I picked him late in my fantasy league last year and everyone laughed...........until the second half of the season!

Actually, I'm not a Nickleback fan, I prefer Creedence, AD/DC, and the Stones. Yes, I'm old.

It's understandable that we unloaded Jackson, but NOT for a 4th round pick. I really can't believe that there were no other offers from any team. Hell of a deal for san fran if you ask me. Jackson wanted to be gone, and he got his wish I guess.

Any of those 5 recievers (DJack, Branch, Burleson, Engram, Hackett) are all starters on any other team. They are all good, so we don't need 5 starting recievers. I don't understand the 4th round pick for "statwise" the best reciever on our team last year. I really am shocked that no one had any interest in Jackson. I think the knee injury got teams scared.

I hope that when we play him, one of our safety's or dbacks just blast him and mess that knee up again. I usually am not that violent of a person, nor do I like to wish injury on anyone, but he said, not in these exact words, but something like "it'll be even that much sweeter to play my old team..."

I hope the niners blow again like last year, and I hope Hasselback lights them up in both games this year and we just truck through them...

I gave up trying to predict how a draft pick would turn out years ago. Guys that should kick ass wind up sucking ass instead, while guys you've never heard of make a huge impact.
