The Junction tavern had a condom machine in the men's room right in front of the urinal, and there were instructions in spanish on how to work it. Someone wrote underneath "Speak english or get the fu%k out." For some reason that always cracked me up.

I agree 100%, but I'm sure some bleeding heart liberal will say it's racist, or use a big word like xenophobic.

I say give every legal immigrant to this country a bible and a box of condoms. And they aren't allowed citizenship until they can prove they know how to read the one, and how to apply the other. Seems like the only reason people come here is to hump like bunnies and breed more liberals.

My neighbors are Puerto Rican, and I watch them on top of each other like feral mules in heat almost every night. They get so loud I almost have to shut my windows and pull the blinds.

All the Europeans spoke English when they arrived in this country? I did not know that.

I spent several months doing some work in a Potato processing plant. It was about 85% Hispanic out on the floor, with many having worked there since the late 60's or early 70's. ( these guys worked for the union so don't even get me started on that pile of crap)

Anyway, they understood me just fine when I was telling them something they WANTED to hear.. but somehow lost all comprehension of what I was saying when they DIDN'T like what I was saying..

They pulled the race card faster than Al Sharpton whenever I suggested that they might be less than worth paying for the job they were NOT doing.. then claimed to understand NO english at all, yet were able to spit out plenty of it when they went and BItched about whatever it was that was pissing them off.

I understand and read english when I get my pay check, and can ask 1 million questions about it " in english " But I can't understand a damn word of english when Brent is jacking me up..

What really cracked me up were the " real vocal anti whitey types that could NOT speak spanish ".. They had the " Lets all not go to work day because we don't like the Imigration laws " day last year, and it was the poser non-spanish speaking wankers that did not show up to work.

Here is a good one from my kids school. In a high school shop class some kid was working on a lawn mower. He did something that got gas all over his arm. So, this hispanic kid, cool as can be takes a Bic lighter out of his pocket and lights the kid on fire ( all caught on camera ) so they haul his ass to jail. The kid who got lite on fire winds up in the Salt Lake City burn center with 3rd degree burns on his arm and neck.

The race card gets pulled, and the next day the school has signs all over it saying " Free Enrique " yada yada.. so he stays in jail and the next day the hispanics " walk out of school in a show of unity because they feel Enrigue has been put in jail because he is Hispanic "... Here is the killer.. the kid who got lite on fire was hispanic as well..

The dude was probablly just trying to clean the gasoline off his friend! Sounds like it worked.....
Assimilation is boring. If we all talk, look, and act the same way what is the point? Sending our jobs overseas for cheap labor pisses me off. It's very frustrating to talk to a guy in India.... But if it's a fella who is in the US, trying to make an honest living, I say cut them some slack....

Nope. Illegal aliens should get the boot. But there is a big difference between poor english and working in the country without permission.

My feeling's this: If you're in the country legally, you can speak Kingon for all I care, but dont expect me to subsidize it with my tax dollars.

If you're in the country illegally, you should be shot on sight as a smuggler and possible terrorist.

EDIT: If the businesses caught hiring illegals were seized by the government, or any other harsh enough measure to remove the profit gained by undercutting the legal labor pool, The illegal immigration into this nation would vanish over night. The come here becaause they are guaranteed employment by unscrupulous Employers that get a wink and a nod from Congress.

In general, If I was running a business I would want to have someone answering the phones that spoke the language of whatever client base I was trying to service.....
It's going to be interesting over the next couple decades to see what happens here close to home. How can people afford to live in the US with a job that pays minimum wage? And If businesses pay people the wages that are needed to survive, how do we stay competitive? Very interesting topic...... I cringe when I see the house prices in this area, let alone the increase that I've seen at the grocery store!
Anyway, it gets very ugly when you try to balance profit for corporate america with the well being of most of the population of the USA.....

I'm not a racist and I hate racisum. I can deal with the launguage barrier to some extent. I'm working on this tollerance gig, but when some towlhead mutherphucker starts giving me attitude because he can't understand me is when I loose it.

Keep in mind that TOLERANCE and ACCEPTANCE are two entirely different concepts.

The simple fact that you have spoken to foreigners in the past and they are all still alive shows TOLERANCE.

Now, if we see you every Sunday out on the soccer fields with 100 wetbacks, or sucking down suds behind Mario's liquor while discussing some dude's low-rider...well, then that is ACCEPTANCE.
