Though I haven't been a GAMER since 1980 something...my boy's are HALO freaks! So I picked them up the 4 book's.

The fall of Reach
The Flood
First stike
ghost of Omyx

I'm now on the last book. mark my WORD's. The 1st movie HALO is sceduled for 09 (I believe, purple bag related). Mark my word's this movie will shatter box office records, without ?

I give the books 4.5 Iron Maiden's out of 5.

Spartan 117, freaking rocks

LOL...Go out side and take a deep breath? shrooms are not safe to eat...

Let's set the record straight, I don't play HALO, never have. I'm a 80's coin op type a guy.

All I'm saying is I enjoy reading good books. And these books are good. When this movie comes out I guarantee HALO will crush all records...So shall it be written, so shall it be done.

Take a look for yourself, dude makes Dark Helmet look weak.

Grand Theft Auto is da shiz of video games. If Rockstar Games keeps up thier pace, GTA IV will be the sweetest game ever made, only breaking thier own record.

Oh and for the record, I cut my teeth on PacMan, Tempest, Track & Field, Defender, Donkey Kong, etc. at the neighborhood corner grocery. My skinny little ass had the High Score on Tempest making it past level 20.

When my son was in highschool, he ruled at Halo II. He would play on-line wearing a headset talking smack against guys from all over the world. One day I was watching him briefly and he killed an enemy then he had his soldier walk over the dead guy and had his soldier crouch up and down. I asked what he was doing and he replied, "I'm teabagging him". LMAO

I'm a online mass murderer . I play COD2 multiplayer on a PC (cause PC's are better than consoles).)
The graphics are so realistic with DX9 and a really good (expensive) video card that it's easy to get really immersed in the game. That's one of the reasons I like to play, it's like a little mini mental vacation.

Anyways, COD2 is an awesome game. All of the WWII campaigns and maps are sweet, and the other players are really good. You have to be on top of it or you are real dead real quick.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. Except Stam; I've played pool once in a while. I think of my computers as tools, not games.

I used to play that. I got really very good, always staying in the top 5 or so. Then it just got to be too full of hackers and cheaters. On every server, every game: Aimbots, wall hacks, radar, you name it. I just got sick of some slob buying a $3 script and wiping out an entire server and ruining it for everyone so I deleted the game from my drive and havent played since.

That sounds a LOT like me.
I'm young enough that I've grown up in the modern gaming era. 18 now. Started with an N64, worked up to the PS2 then got the Xbox 360 from there.
I play my XBOX 360 and play the online stuff at night when I'm done with homework early or have 30 minutes to kill. Xbox Live is damn fun, I'll admit that, and I play a lot against older guys who are in their thirties, so it's not just a teenager thing anymore.
