2 Fingers of any *good* Single Barrel Bourbon (Woodford, Knob, Bookers, Blantons, etc).

12 ounce crystal bar glass.

(Optional distilled water ice).

Pour 2 fingers of the bourbon in the glass. Add the optional distilled water ice if desired.

Relax. Sip. Enjoy.

Elparquito's Margarita Recipe (blended, slushy, and good for parties)

1 12 oz. can Minute Maid Limeaid.
9 oz. Tequila
3 oz. Triple Sec

In a blender, pour in the can of Limeaid. Take the can that you just
emptied in to the blender and add in 9 oz of the Tequila and 3 oz of the
Triple Sec. For the bartending impaired, that's fill the can 3/4 full of
Tequila and 1/4 of Triple Sec. Pour the full can of booze in to the
blender. Blend until all ingrediants are combined. Turn off blender.

Pour half of the contents of the blender back in to the 12 oz. can. Save
for round two.
Fire up the blender. Slowly drop in small cubes of ice. Keep blending
and keep adding small quantities of ice until the blender is almost full.
At that point, the whirlpool that is created by the blending action of the
blender will begin to collapse. Stop blending and adding ice when this
whirlpool just collapses and does not reappear.

Serve in fancy schmancy glass with a straw.

Repeat blending/icing process with left over can of booze mix for round
two.

Enjoy!

Jimmy Buffet's Perfect Margarita recipe (Credit give where credit is due. I love this one.)

Crushed ice
3 wedges lime
2 ounces gold tequila (Cuervo 1800. I enjoy Hornito's. )
1/2 ounce tequila (Cuervo white. I just use Hornito's again and call it good)
1 1/4 ounces Rose's Lime Juice
1/2 ounce triple sec (Bols)
1 splash orange Curaçao (Bols)

Put all ingredients except the 3 lime wedges into a shaker. Squeeze 2 of the lime wedges into the shaker. Flip the shaker once. Flip the shaker twice if you're good. Flip the shaker three times if you're a pro! Rim outside of glass only with lime. Salt only the outside of the glass. Add fresh crushed ice to glass. Strain mixture over ice. Squeeze remaining lime wedge in glass.

PS. Fill your titanium flask with this drink and sneak it on in to Husky Stadium during game day! Mixes well with the Husky Cup of Sprite! ;\)

The El Gato Margarita.

1/5 Cuervo Gold
1 bottle any brand Margarita mix

Take big swig of Cuervo and hand bottle to friend. Pour about 5 ounces margarita mix down the sink and pass mix to friend. Friend takes big swig of Cuervo and pours about 5 ounces of mix into the sink.

Continue until bottles are empty or resume drinking after making friend scream "uncle" while kicking his ass in the backyard.

Take a small glass of clean, cold water.

Now, pour it carefully into your water pipe.

You really ought to know the rest already.

Another good one is a tequila screamer: Take 1 ounce psilosybe cubensis mushrooms and run through the food processor. Drain 1 and a 1/2 cups tequila from a half gallon and replace with the mushroom pieces. Store for two weeks in a dark place. Straight shots are dangerous with this stuff but depending on your constitution a few should be ok for someone like Sol. Strain and sqeeze the mushrooms out ( reserve for eating and puking out later later ) mix with your favorite magarita mix and hold on. DO NOT DRIVE!!!!!!!!!!. Best served on a full moon.-T

Last time I drank a magic mushroom concoction I got kicked out of All-Star Lanes in Silverdale for throwing a gutter ball....in the adjacent lane. I was laughing so hard when they escorted me out it really didn't matter.

Ice
1 -2 shots of Rum - Meyers or Appleton (no Bacardi - the people that make it don't drink it)
Tonic
Lime wedge - squeeze into glass, rub around edge, drop into drink

Irie - where do you find the Wray & Nephew overproof rum around here?

Tacoma/University Place 6820 19th St W

It's on the other side of Hwy 16 from Cheney Stadium, so if you're coming into T-town across the Narrows, stay on 16 past Pearl Street, exit at 19th, hang right onto 19th and go a few blocks til you see a shopping center on your left.

you're correct-- Bacardi is rotgut paint thinner. Bacardi and Cap'n Morgan distill 99% of their Rum in Mexico, flavor it with dead cats and lead shavings, then mix it with 1% Puerto Rican lighter fluid to skip out on the tariff.
