It would be so nice to have the weather geeks give us an accurate forecast for a change. We need rain badly. The Dungeness dropped some more with the cold temps yesterday and today. Water temp was about 36 degrees. Might have to dig out the insulated boots.......

Forecasted low temps are pretty high for snow, but it never hurts to wish!! =)

So long salmon season and hello steelhead.

Pat, do you really think salmon season is over? Are the fish still not showing? Am crossing my fingers I get to fish for salmon at least a few days over there.

No I dont think it is over. The fish are showing up. Just not getting by the nets on the Quillayute. When the rivers go out for a week the fish will be so far up them you wont be able to fish for them, maybe.

I have been hearing this for a month now, will believe it when I see it.

So the Hump Tulips should be holding some bright fish if we get all this rain. I have thursay and frday off school next week. Look out silvers, here I come.

I did. It's called a "marriage license".

Just like the Boldt Decision, she get's HALF of everything.

And just like the decision, you really only get 10% while the other side takes 90%

There will always be debate as to the validity of both agreements =)
