i may be busy this time of the year...Fedex is a lot of fun...hahahah
Seams crazy that i actually like this time of the year...seams like i wait and think about it all year...not sure how many other jobs get busy this time of the year, but its alright with me...
even though i am faced with 60 hour rolling weeks let me tell you the benifits that i love about the job...

1. I get to see the kids that i have been watching grow up run to the door when they see me yelling ITS CHERYL ITS CHERYL...(most of em are in school now and i dont get to see them unless they are sick)

2. Everything or almost everything is a present...some people have no idea that someone was thinking of them and sent them something...they are always so surprised

3. if you have never been to a house on your route all year, now is the time...hahaha

4. I love to see the kids running to the door cause the package is "FROM GRANDMA!!!!!"

5. Sad to say, but i actually like the challenge of trying to get 5 days worth of deliverys and pickups done in one day, and when you do knowing that it will be worse off tomm...

6. Everyone is in a much better mood...everyday problems seam to somewhat turn to people being behind in gift giving...

anyway...i can think of a lot more, but i have a early start time and need to get to bed...i do want to wish everyone a very merry christmas, and i dont know how often ill be on here...due to christmas work..but i look forward to laughing again with all of you next year, enjoyed last year...and am glad i have met some of you and looking forward to running into some of you...

Merry Christmas....dont work too hard...hahahaha...c

A few of my guys would hire on there as temps in the past. But none did this year, (now is the slow time of year for us,) don't know why. Sounded like a pretty good gig to me.

its been a little crazy...but i love it...next week will be hell week...
starting at 610am tomm...we are getting all of the freight that came in over the weekend and last week...which means we should get all of Mon Tues and Wends, freight on Monday...we are going to try to jump on it on Mon...cause it will only get worse from here....so many people this year are offering free shipping...i think i ordered half of my stuff online...ahhaha
still waiting for my NFL shop.com stuff to come...they take a while to actully send it...

we get four temps next week...to help unload the trucks...and they will also be runners...hope they last...they never really seam to stay...you really gotta work...just depends on who you get...some temps are pretty lazy, but then sometimes you get a really good one that really wants a job...and sometimes they get hired after xmas sometime when we have a opening...that is what happend to one of our temps last year...

i feel bad for all those wa mutual people that got laid off last week...i think it was over 3000...they just got a email around 1 oclock...that would suck...
i love my job, lucky to have it...but i cant wait to retire 2030...Here i come!!!! ahhahahahahaha.....c
