I saw this on King 5 last night. It looks like King Co. will have the nicest sewer treatment plant in the country ;\)

Anyone planning a wedding?

When Ronnie boy came out with a list of proposed sites years ago, most in King Co but maybe four in Sno Co, I said "you know that f'ing thing is going to be shoved down the throats of Sno Co". F'ing Ron Simms. He tried to force it onto the Edmonds waterfront but really a common political ploy to get people to "compromise" and take it up the a$$ somewhere else. I like that a sewage treatment plant is "a great place for meetings". A good place for these FOS politicians to waste their time.

Instead of a lot of crappy art scattered across the County, maybe they should concentrate a little bit of good art where everyone can see it, like at the courthouse.

What a bunch of crap, no pun intended. Great place to have a wedding? It would be like setting your tree stand for whitetail........it is all about the wind. Would not wish to be on the downwind side of Lake Lotapotty for my big day. If Simms is so excited about this great get together location, he should put it next to his house, a$$hole.

Nice to know that we have so much money laying around that we can hang Picasso in the sh1t house.

4.3 million, are you fu(king kidding me?? Nobody could figure out anything better to do with the tax payers money?

" "This could be so beautiful that people could potentially use it as a site for weddings," said Annie Kolb-Nelson of King County Wastewater Treatment."

I would expect something like that form "The Onion" or "Mad Magazine", but, sadly, I'm afraid she's completely serious. Who in the hell gets their wedding pictures taken in front of the beautiful scenery at the sh!t factory?

Stupid King County,
