I guess if you were to go down that road you would have to start charging probably 30% of all high school seniors in the country, since most males of high school age date girls that are slightly younger. How many of you guys dated a girl who was younger that you in high school? I know I did, I was 18 and my GF was 17. Probably bigger issues out there to burden the legal system with.

Check the laws Todd. Most states have provisions that talks about age of the youngest one and the difference in age between the two. Since she was at least 16, and their age difference is not greater than 3 years, no foul in Alaska per their laws. Same in WA.

Speaking of V.Ps Somebody asked where Dick Cheney was, well last week he was on the Big Horn trout fishing. My neighbor just got back and said that when they arrived at the launch site there were 2 Black Hawks and 3 Escalades. Cheney had launched about 1/2 hour ahead of them with his S.S. detail.

Well, she's been premaritarily giving it up enough to get pregnant, but her mom as VP is going to be shoving some very different morals down our throats. If you can't take care of your own house, how can you take care of the whole country? The usual smoke and mirrors.

I have no issue with the teen. There is no controversy. Did your mom & dad control everything thing you did when you were that age? She is a normal teenager who made an error in judgement. Calling it a scandal and implying some wrongdoing or crime was involved is silly.
