Would anyone be interested in doing a cast n blast in the valley once the silvers start to show in good numbers a little later in the year? maybe a morning duck or goose hunt followed by an evening on the satsop or a morning on a river followed by some afternoon grouse hunting?
I'm looking forward to learning this area this year and killing some geese for sure smile

We do that kind of stuff, but it is probably a lot less organized than that. I usually go sit in some river bend for about an hour or so at daylight, and if any ducks come by give them a good scare. We do this when neither fishing or hunting ill be that good (river a little high, ducks not quite here yet). Just kind of planning on a couple bites, and half a limit of ducks or something. So we keep the spread minimal, and don't bring the full fishing arsenal.

We do this on a couple other less local rivers as well.

This type of thing requires a boat, capable of running a river in the dark.

I have some ideas for you, PM me when you are thinking about doing it.
