Dude...when you have to skip your index finger and use your other fingers to get around the tail wrist, that's a big fish...not a problem I've ever had with any steelhead I've caught!

I think more big steelhead are caught than most folks realize...90% of the anglers out there have never heard of the Inter-Netz, much less frequent these boards, and there are a helluva lot more fish caught by dudes on this here board that never make it onto a pictorial report...

That big buck is a g*ddamn monster. Definitely longer, but, Rico's fish looks girthier ... er, is that my eyes playing tricks on me?!?

I think that big buck on the right is likely the largest Steelhead I've ever seen...What a killer fish! & Eli's fish is the biggest Skykomish Steelhead I've seen. Good job to both of them.

Speculation of the weight is difficult, in my opinion largely due to how each large steelhead is unique in how they carry their weight. That's just one of the reasons they're such cool fish.

Here is a pic of Danny with That Trailer hole Piggie!! Took me a while to find it!! Im not sure about the exact dimensions but i know it was well over 40in. I was about 15 years old when he caught that thing so like a decade ago. i remember squeezing like a drop or two of pee out when i saw that thing! also don't click on the pic I had to use imageshack to host!
