+1 on Guitar hero. Get the World Tour edition or wait until the Mettalica version comes out in early 2009.

There are fishing games available for the Wii. I cant remember exactly what its called, "rapala pro bass" or something similar. You can go to one of the official video game nerd websites and read or listen to reviews of games. Game spot is a popular site.

Guitar Hero, I agree.

What are the ages of the players?

MarioKART is a house favorite.

Cabela's Big Game Hunter is fun.

I asked for the Rapala Fishing, not sure if it's any good.

You need Attachments galore, batteries galore and charging stations. Kid's love it and it's actually fun to do with the kid's. Yes, I was sore too lame I know.

If there are no Rush songs on the Wii version of GH, than they can kiss my ass.

I have the rapala fishing game for Wii...

It's cheap and fun, but it's pretty boring after a short time. ...Every lure is some type of crankbait, it would be more fun if there were better lure choices.

When fishing the Kenai, you can catch a big king every single cast!!!

I'll be first in line when someone makes a db rowing/plug pulling Wii game...

I'm a guy. Of course I've seen it.

That commercial would have been epic, if.....

They'd used a Rush song.

Idiots.

Even the boys in South Park know the power of Rush....

I prefer my Mesa-Boogie and 4x12 speaker cabinet. Instead of jumping around like Tom Cruise did, I can actually make your ears bleed. It may not got to eleven, but 6 is as high as I could tolerate on the master volume. Those were the days....

I'm not a fan of computer games, or console games or anything like that, but I played Guitar Hero one night at my wife's uncles house and damn that was fun! It's just pushing buttons, a hand eye coordination thing, but the way that they set it up, and the songs they pick make it pretty fun.

I had Pat Benetar's "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" stuck in my head for like 3 weeks after that.

Thats what I thought until I played it.

I played it at my sisters house and had to go out and buy it. Its easily the best game we have.

When I was a Fishing noob, I made the dumb mistake of Joining North American Fishing Club. I soon learned that the word "fishing" to 99% of America means throwing a Rapala at lilly pads. Wash, rinse, repeat.

And yes, lake fishing is cheap and fun for a bit but it gets boring pretty damn fast.

When Wii comes out with a Leisure Suit Larry game, or one that involves a brass pole and stage, then I'll buy one.
