Saw a tree come down in Aberdeen while I was talking to my wife. The tree was in scenic downtown Aberdeen.
At one point I couldn't see a block over during one of the gusts, then it calmed down.
Power was out in Central Park. Still got power,....well, maybe. Might have to switch to the laptop and gen power in a bit. Just had two flashes.
Wish you all the best.

Everyone needs to seriously repent for any and all snagged and flossed fish... And for targeting chums in their fishing ventures... This is the end

I did knowingly target chum my last time out. So this could well be the end for me.....

Seems we are getting skipped by this one. So far, other than a few heavy showers and a light breeze from the East we are un-touched.
Hope to hell it stays that way. After the damn blizzard, the wind storm before it, then the flood before that I've had enough for one winter.
Time for it to get chilly, drizzle all the time and we can get back to FISHING again.

It's blowing big time here in Shelton. We lost power for a bit. So far the trees have held up!

Oly not holding up very well. Hospital is on emergency generator power. Ambulances are constantly rolling in, very few beds available in my place of biz. Hospital beds are tight from my understanding all along the southern I-5 corridor from Tacoma to Vancouver. This isn't due to the storm, but the weather is not helping at all. Several weather related critical trauma patients did show up in our ER. Unable to elaborate. The system works well enough that severe storms and influx of critical patients does not affect care. It does however slow the wait times for non-critical patients. And coming off regular power onto generator power makes the computers act buggy. Nobody should be out driving tonight. Winds haven't been really bad, just bad enough to fk with the electricity. And of course throw a few branches around in the street. Luckily the real bad winds probably won't hit until 2 or 3 am. Here is a link to the wind map off the coast, about 10 pm PST. satelite wind map
