Sanding drywall pretty much sucks ass. Just finished the shop.

Paint starts tomorrow! (Airless is the way to go)

Final coat on interior paint is Saturday!

Finish electrical starts Sunday! (20+ outlets, 8 switches, 3 cable outlets, 2 phone, 12 lights)

Crapper is installed Monday!

I'll build some work benches over the next week and then I can move into my own personal man cave!

If anybody is bored, I have a few projects. Might score an invite to the shop warming party.

I agree airless systems rock. I have a nice little unit that has saved my a$$ plenty of times. When I remodeled our house I sprayed the entire interior and all the old wood louvered doors, new doors, etc in a booth I setup. only way to fly..It's actually fun cause you can kick ass with them so quickly..


I might be there this weekend if I wasnt pressure washing my metal roof to remove moss. I had two weeks off over the holidays and was going to do it then, but it was under 20+ inches of snow

My project just re-started last week after a two-week shutdown during the crummy weather. Deck posts poured last Friday, front porch was poured Tuesday, windows delivered yesterday, minor framing corrections yesterday and today, Tyvek wrapped around house yesterday, windows being installed today.

My weekend is looking like: getting ready for sidewalk and patio and steps to be poured, Tyvek wrap on the garage, siding on back of garage, and seal and stain T&G soffit material. Yikes, I need two or three weeks off!

By "beer fridge", I can only guess that you have one, if not a dual tap and C02 system installed to your fridge?

Fridges that have bottles or cans of beer in them are *not* beer fridges, IMO.

You either have a keg on tap at all times, or you got married and gave up your ManCave years ago.
