I read in the paper this morning about the accident, but it didn't say the child had died. It did point out that the show continued while spectators were performing CPR on the child and medics carried him away on a stretcher.

Kind of rude that they didn't pause.

I was so sad. I can't imagine being the dad in that situation.

Someone that was there was quoted on tonight's news saying the kid had a 3x3 piece of his skull torn off by the metal that hit him. Tragic.

Some of the things you say Irie. I may just be a simple mind, but I don't know whether to laugh or get pissed off sometimes. I just assume you are a sarchastic instigator like myself. But really, where the hell did the truckasaurus rex thing come into play?

Note the time of the post.

Truckasaurus Rex would have made that glorified quad into scrap metal, thereby procuring the future of some little boy there only 'cause his well meaning Pop wanted him to have a good time...hence the ill timed and poorly placed JOKE.

Lightning strikes.

When it does, nothing we can do can stop it or move it an inch to the left.

Even when we're sitting an inch to the right.

Every hour I kiss my daughter and am thankful we didn't walk under any falling anvils...

...Today.
