Why am I not surprised that Seastrike was the first to respond to this thread. And yes it should be legal.

Convention Wisdom states that the The War on Drugs was really Reagan's way of sweeping the "Unemployment Problem" under the rug.

I almost never partake anymore.

Messes up my aim.

And not just my gun aim.

Yes. The War on Drugs has cost us billions and billions, and has garnered nothing in the way of benefits.

Fish on...

The government is so f#**ing backwards and upside down they probably dont even know their names. It should be legal without a doubt. It might just cut down the jail population by half and make some room for people that should be there.

Throw in prostitution and we could lower the jail population by three-quarters.

Weed is not the problem. Never has been, never will be except for our government.

Amen the jails and government is so screwed and backwards. The people that run those places should be in there instead of someone who smokes a little grass.

Yep. Back in college I had a few classes with guys from DOC looking to get degrees in the Criminal Justice field. Those guys were not only borderline retarded, they were callous and sadistic as well.

Those guys go to jail and know they will get right back out untill they go back in the next day, Biggest waste of tax payer money i have ever seen in my whole life when is it going to change probably never just waste as much money as they can and accomplish absolutely nothing just waste more money and have nothing good come of it. We must get rid of all the f***ing retarded morons running things and get the right people in there. I'm tired of seeing all the dumbest silver spoon fed retards running things and getting absolutely nothing done except eating dounuts and getting there paychecks and sitting on there lazy ass's with there whole hands up there ass. Lazy bastards. I would like to get in there and raise some hell. We need to get the good old boys running things that will bring some changes. They are all a bunch of heartless f***s yellow belly bottom sucking no good pussies. I need to go kill something now I"m so rilled up Id like to go spit in all of there faces and tell every bit of the government to go **** themselves and then some. Sorry for the meen post. I'm going to go kill all of the indian fish I can. Go get before someone else does. Down with the current government then the indians. Save our fish while we can. Save our fish one at a time maybe we will have a future fisheries like we should. Down with the sealions and nets one at a time, gone and goodfishing for everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reason #1 why it isnt legal...... the Liquor and Tobacco Lobbies stand to lose massive bucks. What the tobacco industry needs to do is start pushing for legalization, then convert tobacco farms into weed farms.. Of course that means taxation on weed, but also revenue that can be utilized , as opposed to no taxes being realized because the dealers don't pay taxes. Weed legalized would become the drug of choice, making alcohol the #2 choice, worth more as an alternative fuel source. Just my Utopian dream......

I could go on and on I just really hate the government and especially the king count jail just had my first exp. there. I would like to get some of the power tripping pussies in a boxing ring and teach them a lesson they will never forget. make them drink out of a straw for the rest of there lifes and then some. But i wouold rather just go take it out on some fish and have some fun. To many people just dont care about a damn thing but themselves!!! Good luck fishing and fish on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like it won't be your only experience in county jail. I'm sure they enjoyed having you there.
