2/12/00 Southeast Alaska Saltwater Port Townsend locals Dennis and Peggy Montgomery own the Gull Cove Lodge in Southeast Alaska. Joe visited last year and brought back some great slides of the salt-water fly fishing opportunities for salmon, dollies, halibut and other bottomfish. This is a great opportunity to learn about the awesome self guided trips offered at Gull Cove. No charge. Time 6:30

3/11/00 Doug Rose, Summer Fly Fishing on the Olympic Peninsula. Doug Rose, author of the book FLY FISHING THE OLYMPIC PENNINSULA, and countless articles on the same subject will give an amazingly in depth workshop on many of the fly fishing options available to us here. From trout to steelhead, high mountain lakes to the sound, Doug will outline hundreds of available summer fly fishing opportunities. The clinic will include slide show, discussion, maps, and pattern charts. Time: 6:30. Cost $20.00
3/18/00 Fly-Tying Night Bring your favorite pattern, tool or trick. Ask that really stupid question you have been saving for a special occasion. This is an evening for sharing techniques to improve everyone's skills.
3/25/00 Doug Rose, Give Trout What They Really Want to Eat Doug will share with us everything you ever wanted to know about Olympic Peninsula trout food and much more. The bugs, the patterns that imitate them, and the techniques for fishing them will all be covered in this workshop. Great pattern selection guidelines and hatch timing information will also be offered. Time: 6:30. Cost $20.00
4/1/00 What a great day to get into the lake fishing spirit with Skip Morris. Skip Morris Tying and Fishing Lake Flies Skip is very likely the best know fly tying instructor in the world. He has written innumerable books on the subject and hundreds of magazine articles. Skip will be giving an all day workshop starting at 10:00 am. and continuing until three The workshop will include a slide show and several fly tying demonstrations. Skip has also recently co-author a new book on lake fishing with Brian Chan; this would probably be a great opportunity to get a sighed copy. Workshop cost $30.00

4/22/00 Salt water flies with Mike Croft Mike is the Auther of Fish Bums Guide to Catching Larger Trout, and was one of the tiers featured in Innovative Salt Water Flies. Mike gives an awesome workshop and always has new and interesting tricks to show his classes. His saltwater flies are some of the finest anywhere. Mike will also be talking about the trips he runs down to Baja's East Cape, this will be his second year bringing people down there to experience incredible warm salt water fishing.
