Got an idea tonight for a Fajita/Philly Sammich


Fred Myer thin sliced beef steaks.
One onion
One red bell pepper
Fajita seasoning


Chop peppers & onions, slcie meat into 3/4" strips. Vegies in zip lok bag, meat in ZL bag, Split fajita seasoning packet betweeen the two, shake and let marinate.
Toss on grill.


Cook & mix




Toast a bun or two.


Portion


Add cheese


Cut and serve


All gone, by the way. Eaten while I typed this.

SpongeBob seemed to like it.

Looks good, minus the Belgium Beer.

I'd hit it.

I usually get my munchies around 10. Last night instead of eating I wrote a little menu for tonight which starts with an elk roast.

Hey Andy Brent said he was thinking of Ryan when he did the "big climb" at the Columbia Tower this morning.

Grill? I thought you said grill. I don't see any grill, just a high falutin' frying pan thingy. A grill is made of little bars and has a fire underneath it. The sammichs look tasty anyway tho. I'd hit it, Belgian beer and all.
