It's time for Cal Coburn Brown to meet his maker. And for (over due) justice to be served. Click here Time to start carrying out capital punishment. Mf

Take for example this joker David Webster. Click here... Who while in County lock up, rapes his cell mate over & over while making him read article's out of the local paper about Websters allegedly assault & murder for hire case.... Now fast forward from 03 to 09....and Webster's currently serving a 26 year sentence for the crime mentioned above. And this past Monday Webster was convicted for man rape. Now I know it's NOT an Capital Punishment offense....but would not justice be better served in ridding this earth and future victim's of this P.O.S. ? And all like him. Mf

Mitchell Rupe murdered my bank ladies. I wish justice was swifter, and more inhumane.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

I'm not cool with capital punishment as long as we keep have death row inmates exonerated by new DNA evidence. Innocent, and on death row.........is there a worse nightmare than that?
Executing innocent people is about as far from justice as one can get.
State-sponsored revenge is OK by me as long as we take revenge on the right people.

Most of those wrongly accused DNA cases are in Texas where the guy on death row may not have been the guy, but you can bet there was a damn good reason he was picked up for the crime.
State sponsored obeseity? hardly but there was a state sponsered liver transplant while Rupe was in prison that flew low under the radar. Rupe was like 90% of America over weight and yes he did gain weight to beat his excution charge and it worked.

Hell, I'm cool with killing the little fart down the road if he breaks into my place again. If they're guilty, I won't miss 'em. Ultimately, how can you be sure that you are killing the right people? Hitler was sure he was doing the right thing. The point is that this is a slippery slope when people are playing god - I've never seen a good outcome in human history when people elevate themselves to deity level. Besides, I prefer a lifetime of servitude for criminals along the lines of "Cool Hand Luke." The death penalty does not deter lowlifes from killing, so why not get something back from them in the form of back breaking work?

It's cheaper to jail them for life then put them to death.
What I'm tired of is the insanity defense. Of course you were insane. You knew you could spend the rest of your life behind bars and you did it anyway. All the more reason to cull you from the herd especially if you claim you can't control yourself.

What I'm tired of is the insanity defense.
Interestingly, insanity is a legal term, not a medical diagnosis. With that, about 1 in 25 people is a sociopath - have a nice day. DSM-IV Definition Antisocial personality disorder is characterized by a lack of regard for the moral or legal standards in the local culture. There is a marked inability to get along with others or abide by societal rules. Individuals with this disorder are sometimes called psychopaths or sociopaths. Diagnostic Criteria (DSM-IV) 1. Since the age of fifteen there has been a disregard for and violation of the right's of others, those right's considered normal by the local culture, as indicated by at least three of the following: A. Repeated acts that could lead to arrest. B. Conning for pleasure or profit, repeated lying, or the use of aliases. C. Failure to plan ahead or being impulsive. D. Repeated assaults on others. E. Reckless when it comes to their or others safety. F. Poor work behavior or failure to honor financial obligations. G. Rationalizing the pain they inflict on others. 2. At least eighteen years in age. 3. Evidence of a Conduct Disorder, with its onset before the age of fifteen. 4. Symptoms not due to another mental disorder.
