im looking for a 11'-13' spinning rod. ive got a couple rods already but they are legit noodle rods, and are a little light for the style fishing i want to do with them

im looking for something in the 4-10lb rating. 2 or 3 piece is ok. and about as moderate-fast as they can be. the faster then better.

Rainshadow XST1562 13' 6-10LB. 3 peace is a sweet blank. If you know how to build and your looking for 13' 6-10 with a little backbone?

that was the rod i had in mind. or i was thinking the forcast? i think thats who makes the blank its 11'6" 4-10....

Rainshadow and Forecast are made by Batson. The 11'6" 4-10 is a Rainshadow ISA1384 (RX7) and dosen't have the bone like the XST1562.

I have a browning that I added an additional longer handle. It handles steelhead and Silver Salmon easily. The rod does all the work.
