Need some ideas from you shell fish lovers. I picked up some 6 oz. lobster tails (cold water) today from a local store having a seafood sale and want to do a few up tonight for dinner (20th wedding anniversary yesterday). I've only cooked lobster a couple times before and the results were so/so. I think in the past I have over cooked them and wound up with tough end product and too salty one other time. I cook a lot and am quite comfortable with all styles, grilling, boiling, steaming. If you have a pet recipe I would love to hear it so these turn out nice. Thanks for the help.

Best and easiest way...and tastiest, too. Once they're warm all the way through, they're done...and I think that's a general rule that works well for damn near all meat, but especially seafood.

Fish on...
