Recently we moved our boathouse one slip over and now we have two slips! Of course we only need one so we are putting the other one up for sale. This slip is at McGuire Point Marina on Marine Drive upriver from the I-205 bridge. McGuire Point Marina is the newest (and the last) develpment on the Columbia river and has AWESOME fishing nearby. It is located downriver from Chinook Landing boat ramp about half of a river mile on the south side of Government Island and at the downriver tip of Mcguire Island. I would LOVE to have a fellow I-Fish member living next door to share fishing spots and stories! The slip has all of the ammenities and is completely ready to be built upon.
