Many of you have seen our home (from the river side). We have one of the better salmon holes for Coho and Chum right in our backyard! Well, it's for sale...!
Imagine waking up on a Sunday morning about ...8:00, sipping a cup of coffee out on your back deck as you watch the Coho roll in the deep "soft spot"...that's in your own backyard! Grab your pole and put 2 in the box before breakfast. During the week get up a bit earlier, fill your tag and there's still time to grab a shower and head for work..
There are several hundred yards of bank access ...you can just start working your way down towards the legendary tail-out where many a trophy Steelhead was taken on a fly. You can plunk, use drift gear or toss spoons/spinners...there's good water for all three right out the back door.
In the evening go wear yourself out as the Chum are everywhere, then relax as you watch the Sun set, with the glow sitting on top of Sauk Mtn.
Above is the view from your back deck. BTW, there is only one (1) small light visible in that dirction at night, and it's way the hell up on that far hill on the left. The river curves, blocking all other lights/homes, etc.
It's a nice home too..btw:
