Just like before, only this time king eggs. We are fishing on thursday, so I will have them for pick up on friday.
Fresh King salmon eggs, $5 a pound

The best I can say about them is they are inbetween. They are decent sized, but not about to pop, and they aren't small. I would say they are just right.
Let me know how many pounds you would be thinking about.

I also have eggs from the last batch the have been cured with "fishbaits" secret cure. Let me know, $10 lb. in quart jars.
