Many years ago I was going to add fly fishing to my other angling pursuits, but never went. I have a G Loomis 10' FR1204 IMX and STH IM-C2 reel (Argentina) that have NEVER been used. Any ideas on value, or anybody interested?

The reel is still in its velvet bag and in the original box. Has two spare inner spools, too.
I have no idea what it's worth. Bought it 10 years ago from a fly-fishing lodge owner in B.C. Can't recall the price.

At one time I wrote articles for various fishing magazines. The assignment was lake fly-fishing (I'm a river-salmon guy). I ended up buying the reel thinking I'll pursue fly-fishing on my own. It never happened.

The rod is pretty sweet. Comes with a protective hard case.

I am just getting started on fly fishing. I have a rod but its a piece of junk. I have a loomis drifting rod, and would love to have a fly. Give me a price.

Still uncertain about price. I talked with a fly-fishing buddy and he said it was a great rod and reel, but couldn't determine a price. I called a flyfishing shop and the guy is going to call me back with his $ thoughts. Also, it is a 4# rod, so pretty light, can only be used for lake fishing. I'll keep posting more info when I get it. Thanks for the interest.
