Sounds like conditions will be perfect.

Looks cool. Never tried surfing. It's doubtful I could even stand up on a surf board in a flat swimming pool. Maybe not; I stand to fly cast in a canoe. Is that close?

I've never understood how you can swim out past the waves without getting rolled up and knocked around by them. Neither does my daughter. She tried surfing with a friend when she was in Peru and thought she was gonna' drown.
