I haven't been following it very close, but it doesen't really seem like the Prosecution has much on her ? I believe she did confess to the crime but something tells me she is innocent ? I think because she looks like the girl next door. I want to go on the record and say that I have not been following the case and don't know the facts. I think the verdict is due this week. Guilty or not guilty ? Discuss...

Yeah, she's guilty or not guilty, one of the two. I've read a few news articles but am not worried about the facts of the case, because neither the prosecution nor the defense have possession of adequate facts, so the case will be decided on circumstantial evidence, or the lack of it.

Having seen video footage of this chick at trial, I have about determined that she is lying about doing it. Is she "guilty"?...sadly, I would bet she is. Hell, just look at the girls face...she looks like pure trouble, IMO.

If she didn't do it I do hope they let her go.

Still...in another time I would most definitely hit it..(and then run like hell!)

Guilty or not, the way the Italian Prosecution & Police have acted during this makes me hope she gets off the hook.

I don't think she *actually* held the knife and slit the throat of the chick, but she was there during the incident and was probably there in the room when it happened.

She'd probably be out of jail now if she had just told the truth to begin with. But no. Her and her sleezey boyfriend made up some stupid story that the fine folks at CSI Miami could easily crack in the 1-hour allotted time slot at CBS.

I don't think her role in this makes her guilty of murder - as the one guy already confessed and is in jail for the murder. It just makes her stupid.

Unfortunately, Italy's legal system is a farking joke and they need/want a scape-goat. A STUPID American would be perfect for that.
