Looks like the ol' Fenwick DR rod with a Charter Special in mom's hands.

Cobble, you don't pass that hole up . Its always worth a few fish. I once hooked 20 in under 2 hours there. Is it time to go back yet?

Some more first time oversize "Sturgeon Virgins" getting bent over and in pure pain.

The first one is a first and last time on a light tackle spinning rod.

He would not listen to me, did not understand NO and snuck a whole shad
over the side while I was baiting the real gear.

It was a riot.






About this time for first timers it usually finally registers "Whoa, WTF is going to eat that
whole 4 pound fish?!" And the "ain't this fun?" begins.
