We shoudn't act surprised that the Pac-10 is as soft as milk toast this year...........the Ducks won the conference.

The BYU Coogs beat up the Beavers last night. The Pac 10 is looking weak so far. Cal has went in the toilet since Best got hurt.

Best isn't the problem with Cal it's Reilly. Everyone put 8 or 9 in the box. They are saying "we will stop your run until you prove Reilly can beat us". Yes, the line didn't hold up that well but still he over throws or is high on almost everything. That limits the play calling, that and his lack of arm strength.

Meyer, 45, says he consulted with his family, his doctors, school president Bernie Machen and athletic director Jeremy Foley before deciding it is in his best interest to focus on his health and family.

Meyer has been to the hospital at least twice since suffering chest pains after the SEC title game, a Florida source told ESPN. He has been diagnosed with a heart valve muscle defect, the source said.

The problem is not life threatening, a Florida source with knowledge of the situation told ESPN's Chris Mortensen. The same source said Meyer will remain in Gainesville in a non-coaching role to be defined later.
