Well its been sitting for a long time, and I'll probably never get around to building it...So I'm selling a new, never used complete rod building kit with a St. Croix spinning rod blank that would be perfect for side drifting.

The kit itself has everything and i mean everything that you will need to build a rod including:
motorized rod dryer and wrapper, enough thread for six rods, all epoxies and brushes, razors, tapes, color preservers and more!

The rod blank is a two piece St Croix SCIII 9'6" two piece medium light powered spin rod perfect for side drifting (thats what i bought it for). It comes with reel seat, premium grade cork as well as guides (the brand of the eyes escape me, but I believe they are hopkins, I can check if need be).

The only reason I'm selling is that I don't have the time to build this rod and I would rather someone enjoy it rather than have it sit. I have pictures but they turned out kind of crummy so I can email them to you, but I guarantee this kit wont dissapoint you! I bought the kit new for 325$, but I will sell it for 225$, thats a hundred off retail on a steelhead blank thats better than their now "wild river" series which are only SCII (As a side note, I have a couple St. Croix rods, and I have a fly rod that is also rated at their SCIII modulus and its terrific) I'll try and answer any questions the best I can, but I'm far from an expert when it comes to rod building. I can meet you fairly locally or ship if need be too.
