I've been going to this show since the 80's and am glad it's back in Reno.
Neat mounts, great hunts and lovely women....good times.
Here were a few critters that were drool worthy...

Guinn Croussen's World Record Big Horn Sheep.
The status of a World's record is hard to comprehend...

Goats in winter plumage sure make pretty mounts..

I suspect these whitetails were high fence animals but the mounts were neat to look at...

Dwayne Dewey's sheep mounts are fantastic...

Garth Carter's 42" Dall has beauty beyond description...

There were the usual Asian critters on display as well..

Big Muleys are still my favorite though...

I find a lot of taxidermy cheep and tacky but when it is done well it is stunning. Even more so with fish. Frances owns the nicest fish mounts I have ever seen and it's a repro. If you don't have the bucks for real quality on head mounts I kike European style skull mounts for antlers. Super cool stuff Sal.
Does anyone have quality pics of an outstanding real Salmon or steelhead. Just wondering.

That is too cool that you can recognize the mount as the one in the picture in the background hello

I wish a show like that would come to Seattle. Our shows are too much a little of everything and not the very best of one thing.

As always thanks for sharing Sal!!!

Some dandy animals there...

What's up with the moose/whitetail cross? thumbs I've never seen a whitetail with paddled out antlers like that...

Those look great. Normally, I don't really like taxidermy, but that work is good enough that I would definitely consider it.

Probably not for long, but consider it anyway.
