But since you asked why it wasn't moving, I would say lower your price if you can.

That is the brand new you probally have not seen yet STX. Here is a link to the same reel on the abu garcia website. Check it out, they have made a couple of improvements like adjustable brakes inside the reel on top of the external brakes.
