What would it take to covert it to a pump. Seems nobody wants a 2 stroke anymore, might as well just keep it. Anybody ever converted one?

Find a used pump from about 1978 to current for 2 strokes.

Just unbolt the lower unit, either buy a new water pump kit for the pump or take it off the prop lower unit and then rebolt to the motor. Raise the transom about 2" and away you go.

It weighs around 90 lbs, I had it on a 16' lund and I felt it was about the right balance for that length/weight. What's the motor rating for the 13' ?

NO, you don't have to convert the motor to ss. You will have to find a long shaft pump and the easiest thing to do is have a riser built to raise the motor the necessary height.

Rough est. ss with pump you need a 22" transom.

ls with pump you need about a 27" transom.
