Why is there sex offenders going to school with my daughter? wtf. I thought if you are a sex offender you have to be registered and its pubic info. The schools are protecting these predators! there is one at my daughters middle school. Meanwhile some poor girl is raped at Rosevelt by one of these convicted sex offenders. I hope they sue. whole thing makes me sick. politicians are idiots.

What was he accused of? Remember, people caught peeing behind a building can be prosecuted as a sex offender.

schools have to follow the law as bad as some of them are. the blame should go on the judge that lets them back in the schools

When I was in HS there were two guys who were sex offenders. They had both served their time at Green Hill and were finishing High School. One was a guy who got caught with his 13 yo GF when he was 15, the other was a sicko that molested a 5 year old.

He wasn't very popular at all.

state law says the schools don't have to let parents know that there are registered sex offenders in the schools...not if...not how many ...and certainly not names...cool. Its that social justice thingy I think

The right to a free education does not necessarily mean they have to go to school with the main stream. "alternative schools" for high risk behavior kids/emotionally disturbed.
