I hope voters in the Gulf States can make the easy decision on who to vote for this November.

I like how the Republicans clamor about bipartisanship, yet continue to be the Party of No...while they are screwing up everything that might start the investigations and cleanup, hoping this will be Obama's "Waterloo", there are billions and billions of dollars being lost to further their political games.

I also hope that Democrats stand up and call it what it is...screwing the ecosystem, the residents of the Gulf States, and inded the American people, hoping to score some political points for their decrepit party.

What would be really refreshing would be if the House Republicans would call their Senate cousins on it...the People's House sure remembers who it represents, the Senate sometimes has a harder time remembering.

Fish on...

Todd

i must be old because i can remember when both parties did what was best for the country not what was best for their party.
back when all we had was three tv networks that reported the news not try to make it. now we have umpteen networks with talking mouths who do their best to slant the news either way.
what is scary is that some people believe what they say.
but all in all god luv the usa it is a great place to live

I was gonna say... the hate-mongerin' right-wing simpletons that populate Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama didn't and wouldn't vote for Obama... even if he were able to singlehandedly clean up the entire spill tomorrow.

Hate is one of the most powerful of human emotions after all...

The ones that wouldn't vote for Obama even if he could single-handedly clean up the spill tomorrow... plus the racists are Hank.

Sadly, there's still a lot of those type of folks in the deep south... and they're republicans now too.

We don't need a bipartisan commission...we need a non-partisan commission.

Are all the racists named Hank? I do believe a more centrist African American president would have helped racial relations. This guy, not so much..
