According to a news release: Joshua A. Stacy, a 20-year-old transient, was arrested on two counts of second-degree arson and two counts of second-degree burglary. Olympia police detectives arrested Stacy after receiving information from the state Department of Corrections that Stacy, a Level III sex offender who wears a GPS monitoring device, was at the scene of the arson. Stacy has a conviction as a juvenile for reckless burning.
