Truck box for sale. Solid construction by a company named “Tough Guy” that we believe has since been bought out by DeeZee. Seven years old, this box is in great shape with no blemishes and just a bit of oil/grease stain on the inside.
Aluminum box for the bed of a mid-size pick-up truck.
Asking price is $100 firm.
Box is about good as new, but less than half the price of new. Foam strip under the rails and there are 2 “J” bolts included. This was used on a 1999 Ford Ranger standard bed and would probably fit other mid size pick-ups as well. To be certain, compare the following dimensions to your truck:
Top 61 inches from side to side
21 inches from front to back
5 inch lip off the rail
Inside the box 51 inches from side to side
17 inches from front to back
14 inches from top to bottom
This box has a foam gasket in the lid. It has never had water or any moisture come into the box from rain, snow or road spray from a “wind-aided” semi.going by at 80mph.
This box is equipped with dual gas spring lid lifts still going strong. The latches work perfectly & they are adjustable in case they become mis-aligned. Box is lockable and it comes with 2 keys. This is a heavy-duty box as the owner regularly stood on top in order to wash the truck. The box never complained or sagged or bent.
