http://cgi.ebay.com/2-Penn-620-Downrigge...1QQcmdZViewItem These Penn Downriggers are bullet proof and work great, and look good with minimal fading.
If interested - call me at 360-321-5709. I'm gone on Sunday 7/23.
They come with 2 swivel bases, the mounting block, and new stainless mounting screws. Everything you'll need to bolt them onto your boat.
One unit was serviced by John's Sporting Goods in Everett after the 2005 fishing season. It got the regular lube service, new cable, new drag washers and terminal end.
The other unit works fine, but after using the new drag washers on the other unit, this one would be smoother letting out those 12 pound balls with new drag washers. It will work fine for the 2006 season "as is".
The booms are 48 inches and 1 piece. Both have a "Line Counter" so you know how much cable is out.
I'm located in Langley on S. Whidbey, but I work in Everett. I can bring both units to Everett, and Port Townsend would be pretty easy for me with a little notice.
Manual Downriggers are simplicity... and I already miss them at times. Hate to let these fish-cathing machines go, but hope another board memeber can get years of use and many salmon out of these.
