You should register with FAFSA and start your son applying for scholarships and grants now.Don't wait until after the first to start looking around.Some of them have deadlines in Oct-Nov.There is alot of money available out there but you have to work at it to get the most you can.So.......maybe you won't have to sell you boat if you can get enough finacial aid without taking out loans.Just a thought from a concerned fisherman as I just went thru this with my son.Good luck

O.K. Selling the wife is not an option. Great idea though. I think I'd get more for the boat...Less hours.
As for the kid and college. He'll get there.
It's not necessarily why I'm selling. Every little bit helps though. It's just one reason of many.

It's a great boat. Hate to see it not in use.
Need someone to give it a good home and use it.
