So brand new I don't even have it yet! I won this rod in a contest but already have rods in this range. I want to sell it to off set the cost of a new spinning float rod. I pick it up on Tuesday so I'll have more info then. Here is what I know: The SS stands for "Steelhead Special." As the name implies, it is a 8'6" medium power baitcasting rod. I assume it is a fast action rod but don't know for sure. It is likely best suited for drift fishing or back bouncing. I'd like $100 for it but it is worth at least twice that amount.
